Locks
The locking mechanism is the heart of every needle holder. It determines holding force, comfort and reliability.
Our locks are manufactured from hardened surgical steel or titanium and are available as individual parts for repair, retrofitting and own production.
Milled Parts
Our milled parts are manufactured on state-of-the-art CNC machining centers with the tightest tolerances. Every component undergoes multi-stage quality control.
From grip bodies to housings to specialty parts – our milled components form the structural backbone of surgical instruments.
Turned Parts
Rotationally symmetric components for the highest demands.
Our turned parts – axles, bolts, sleeves and pins – are manufactured on CNC lathes with tolerances in the hundredth-of-a-millimeter range. They form the functional connecting elements of our instruments.
Screws
Specialty screws for the assembly and adjustment of surgical instruments. Every screw is manufactured and inspected to exact specifications.
Whether lock screws, adjustment screws or fastening elements – our micro screws deliver on their promise. Available in various sizes and thread types.
